- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are non negotiable and the client will have to pay a 20% deposit before the session. Client can pay via Venmo or in cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
INSPIRATION PICTURES is always a must for any kind of event, it's so important to us that you absolutely love your henna tattoo, and in order for that to happen we need to know about the kind of design you have in mind. It important to get in touch a few days in advance. 1. Send Inspirational Pictures 2. Set up Consultation (for individual appointment only)- During this time we'll inform you about the care before, during and after your henna design has been applied. We'll discuss all of your questions and concerns regarding your event. 3. Pick a Venue- this could be the clients house, or a coffee shop, or a hotel venue etc. Client may have to pay travel expenses if not in the DFW Area. 4. Wait for an email from us- well tell you exactly what you need to do on the day of your appointment- we'll remind you of what needs to be done to ensure that your get the most potent stain. 5. Day of Appointment- Relax and let us bring your vision to reality. DISCLAIMER- We do not copy inspirational picture. Those are only so that we can get a feel for what you like.
