- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with all financial situations. If you refer us to a friend, and that friend signs a service contract or purchases a new unit, we will give you $100 cash!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourselves in person. We assess the issues, and write out a quote for every scenario. If you have a small leak, and just want freon added to the system because you don't have money for a full system, that's ok. We offer several different options based on the financial situation of our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed and insured. Universal EPA Certification
