- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $10 less per hour than most for my time. I am not a low-baller. I also do not charge overtime. I am free most Saturdays at standard rates. I just believe in being fair. I want to work in and serve the community I live in. I usually want to stop by and take a look, so please allow the free estimates. These have saved me a lot of grief.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I simply want to understand the desired work. We can set up a call number the phone. I am prompt and courteous and appreciate those two things from all those that I work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master Electrician License and am the Master of record for Wilco Electric LLC. I am also a current NCCER Electrical Apprentice Instructor. I am current on all applicable CEU's. there is always something new to learn, just not on your time or money.
