- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With an initial phone call, I can normally give a ball park price over the phone. On larger jobs and Tile and grout jobs, a free estimate is recommended. From there, we can discuss expectations and options before giving an estimate.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have the proper knowledge, equipment, and products to tackle the job correctly and efficiently.
