What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. An In-Person or Virtual Consultation is scheduled. The client must complete an Event Questionnaire before the consultation. 2. Meet with the client with Prospective Client Event File/Folder (includes questionnaire, company services, price list and event process) to discuss event vision, ideas, needs and wants. 3. Upon receipt of the deposit and contract, proceed with the event. 4. Setup client account in Aisle Planner so client and Coordinator can manage To do List, Guest list, Budget, etc.,. 5. Design, plan and organize client's event from start to day of event. 6. Evaluate event and follow-up with client.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We believe every Bride deserves a Wedding Planner. We want you to enjoy the wedding experience and enjoy your moment. As designers, We seek to provide a unicorn event, we are not cookie-cutter and will not give you, "someone else's look and feel." As planners, we use a green non-paper planning system.

Ensure that the Event Planner/Designer is the right fit. Ensure that the Event Planner/Designer understands your vision and provides a realistic view of cost and options.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
A customer should ask themselves, "What's my budget." The Event Planner manages different elements of an event based on real costs and availability.
