- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. We schedule an In-Person or Online Consultation to get to know you and your fiance, discuss event vision, ideas, needs and wants. 2. Send you a contract 3. Upon receipt of signed contract, we invoice you for retainer. 4. Send you a detailed Event Questionnaire. 5. Schedule follow-up meeting 6. Set up your online client portal. 7. Design, plan and organize your event from venue site visits to sendoff!

The planning budget, checklists, guest list and seating chart is completed on our online planning portal. As designers, We seek to provide a unicorn event, we are not cookie-cutter and will not give you, "someone else's look and feel."
