They only came to do estimate he was supposed to be at my house at 8 30 didn't get here until 10 20. I called him to ask where he was at, said he was stuck on 60. Which I understand but I specifically told him if he couldn't get there before 10 not to come because I work from home and my husband left at 10 15. I ended up using time off work that was un-necessary, which could reflect my performance. After he got here he was very informative and gave me peace of mind.
