- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are comparable to the current going rate, but I am flexible. If the client is 120% motivated to get results and the financial aspect is what is holding them back, then we need to find a way that works for them. In the end its all about them getting results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st is to do an individual fitness assessment and consultation with every new potential client. I have learn about them, about there regimens for the past year or two, habits, weaknesses, and past injuries. From there we can get a better understanding how to approach there program, I have never had the same person from the same walk of life across my desk.... there program has to be individualized for them to fit their lifestyle.
