- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For invitations, pricing is based on the stock, as well as the type of printing (digital color, thermography, letterpress, foil), and what components are needed. For other design work, price is determined by the specifics individual job. We can provide printing as well as design if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work closely with our customers to ensure your finished design is what you envision. Initially we begin with a price quote, so we can agree on the budget and scope of the project. If desired, for printed orders, we can mail print samples for accurate color and print quality. Digital proofs are then created, and after all changes are approved, either a digital file is sent or items are printed and then sent. We love having our customers be involved in the design process from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Advertising and have worked in print media and design since 1994. I have extensive experience in print and digital design, copywriting, and media buying as well as grant writing/layout/editing and web design. I have owned and operated EnvelopMe.com since 2003, where we specialize in invitations, but have also helped customers with a variety of design projects.
