- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
of course there's a standard pricing system like all service products I suppose but all jobs are different and I'm always willing to work with customers on price to get the project done
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoyed it from the very beginning meeting with the customer and helping them to design and giving my ideas and helping them pick out the product to avoid any sort of buyer's remorse all the way to finishing the project and handing it over to them
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
over 30 years I have been licensed and have many certifications and always keep up-to-date on the ever-changing industry that I am in
