Adam was able to help me drop 30lbs in a year. He was able to train me from a sedintary lifestyle. It is amazing that he also trains athletes.Nov 16, 2018
Adam has been training me for over 1 year and I’ve lost weight and gotten so much stronger. Our daily workouts have given me more confidence and has helped so much.Nov 16, 2018

This review is long overdue because I first worked with Adam in 2011! He came recommended by another friend when I needed help with my first contest prep. I loved Adam's approach of flexible dieting because it was very different from all of the cookie cutter plans I had tried in the past.I also loved Adam's style of training which included lifting for strength and hypertrophy and reasonable amounts of cardio...not the crazy 2 hours a day you hear from some competitors. I won overall in my first figure competition and went on to compete again in 2016 and 2017 both under Adam's guidance. Each time Adam tailored my plans and was very communicative during the whole process. I would recommend Adam for his many years of experience and his expertise in bodybuilding and powerlifting and if I ever decided to compete again I'd be back for coaching :)Nov 8, 2018Review from Facebook

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I severely under charge for what I do. The going rate for a movement specialist with my credentials and experience is about $120-150. Since I believe in helping people long term, I charge 1/4th of that and hopefully keep you 4 times longer. I work just as hard if you are paying me $40 or $150 which do you prefer?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We start with a movement assessment to check posture, movement patterns, strengths and weaknesses: from there a program is designed to correct these imbalances, and progress into traditional weight training, conditioning, and nutrition programs to reach strength and aesthetic goals
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? From my website: “Adam Signoretta made the decision the drop out of college and become a personal trainer. As you will learn about Adam, he sometimes makes spontaneous decisions, just like when he was using the urinal at his local gym, saw a sign that said "Become A Personal Trainer." He waited until 3 days before the deadline to start studying and take the exam. You will also learn that for every "Successful" Quality, Adam has, there is one just as bad. He does have the tendency to procrastinate. Needless to say, he passed the exam for the AFPA, over the next 15 years, he acquired the follow certifications: 2006 National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer- NASM CPT 2006 National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Specialist - NASM PES 2008 National Academy of SPorts Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist - NASM CES 2009 Russian Kettlebell Challenge Level 1 - RKC 1 2010 Russian Kettlebell Challenge Lelvel 2 - RKC 2 2011 Functional Movement Specialist - FMS 2013 National Academy of Sports Medicine Fitness Nutrional Specialist - NASM FNS 2016 National Academy of Sports Medicine CPT Re cert - NASM CPT - "Education in what you love to do is a must, Period."
