- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on what the customer wants provided for the event! I strive to be the best price in town!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking with the customer and discussing exactly what they want, ex: any special requests, or special set up, food or drink. Making sure my customer is completely satisfied and happy. I usually go and meet with my customer before an event to see where i will set up so when i arrive i am ready! Friendly service with a smile!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out working for an old family friend who has been in the business for over 18 years. I have personally worked in the food and customer service industry for 15+ years now! We have worked may events from schools, sports, private parties, weddings/engagement, birthdays, and more!
