Introduction: We are a privately owned husband and wife Accounting and Tax practice that specializes in meeting small to medium sized companies' accounting, tax and tax planning needs. Through an Enrolled Agent with a Masters in Accounting we provide personal, partnership, corporation and nonprofit income tax return preparation. We also provide accounting services through limited engagements or ongoing services which include rebuilding financials for prior periods, clean up of accounts and audits; as well as Monthly Reconciliations and Financial Reporting. We also provide LLC filing services, Sales Tax preparation and filing, Notary Services and payroll services. We take great pride in performing the accounting and tax tasks for our customers in an accurate and timely manner which frees them up to build their businesses.
