FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although therapy is expensive I consider it an investment in your future. The way in which I structure my therapy allows a person to garner tools that will be useful for a lifetime. I strive to make therapy affordable to the best of my ability in that if a person has a financial restriction I will work to find a comfortable range.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin with we complete an intake in which the client and I learn about each other. This may seem interesting that "we" both learn about each other but in order for there to be client trust and rapport we have to be comfortable working together as we will venture into delicate and sensitive issues that require trust.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an undergraduate and graduate degree in counseling psychology and I am licensed in the State of Colorado as Licensed Professional Counselor. In addition, I am grief and loss trained and have conducted years of extensive clinical experience in the areas of grief and loss, anxiety, depression, suicidal behavior and relationship issues.
