FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer simple and competitive pricing. As a general rule, we strive to meet or beat our competitors pricing. Typically we offer straight forward pricing that allows us to make a reasonable profit. We also try and work with a customer and make it work for us both. For example, there are often times when a customer is operating on a limited budget ... we will try and adjust the menu to work within their budget. With respect to booking the event, we ask for a 25% deposit to secure the event and the balance of payment on the day of the event. A gratuity is added to each contract varies according to the service provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we receive, the initial contact from the customer, we send them a menu with our food offering. Additionally we send out a proposal specific to the customer's needs. Of course, our communication is dependent upon the customer's needs. We make ourselves available by phone, email, or text. Lastly, and most importantly, we offer a tasting for the customer. Often times, this is the best way for the customer to make sure they are making the right choice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between both of us, we have over 50 years of experience in the food industry. Steve gained hands on experience behind the grill, while working at Woody's BBQ. Michele has worked in catering both with Woody's and High Sierra Grill. Together we compliment each other and provide the customer with a great experience.
