Introduction: I get to know and understand my clients needs, wants by having either face to face or phone or other electronic mediums of contact. Getting them what they desire and going above and beyond is how I keep and continuously work w my clients through the years. When they tell me they "love the images, you got us everything we wanted and more." That's how I know I did a great job. I like putting a smile on my client's face(s) when I deliver the images.
