Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I work with most fitness levels and age groups. I provide strength, stability, and power training. Each client is different and I do my best to provide them with the resources they need and/or request in order to reach their fitness goals. The results are what I enjoy most about my work. I also enjoy meeting new people. Each client is different and finding what fitness program works for them is my main goal.

Rolena is a great trainer. She listens to your goals and needs and designs works outs suitable to that.

Enjoy my one on one training sessions...since I have real bad RA she is able to show/work with me different types of workouts for my needs

Ive been going to Rolena since January and she is a awesome trainer. Since then i have lost a total of 20lbs. Before i lost all the weight i was very self-conscious about wearing certain clothes slim fit dresses, skirts, shorts and spaghetti strapped shirts but now i wear it all with confidence. She has helped change me physically and mentally. I thank Rolena for being a big help in this change. I would recommend her to anyone who is trying to loose any type of weight. She is very motivating, fun, patient, and driven. Thank you Rolena!!!!!
