- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing per hour is $35. Each individual is different depending on their fitness level. I also prepare meals at $99 a month and/or food options for $50 a month to help clients achieve maximum results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are a number of questions that I would ask a new client in order to figure out what will work for them to achieve their fitness goals. Everyone is different and I do my best to provide only whats necessary to get them to their goal. I take measurements of body fat and circumference. I test their fitness level to see what we can improve on as well as discussing their current eating habits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed my National Acadamy of Sports Medicine certification which allows me to train individuals of all fitness levels. I am currently in the process of getting my nutritionist certification which will allow me to provide more extensive meal plans for my clients.
