- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes there are some services that have a standard rate but we prefer to look at the project and provide a free estimate prior to performing any work since each project is unique. Homes, toilets and even water heaters aren't all built the same and codes between cities can vary. We want to make sure we capture everything, resolve the problem and prevent any further issues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to visit every job prior to bidding or performing any work so it gives us a good insight on what the customer prefers but there are some services that do have a standard rate. We will work around our customers schedules, nights, weekends and holidays.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Josh served his apprenticeship in Wisconsin prior to moving to Arizona 16 years ago and is highly skilled in both service, renovation and new construction plumbing. Dave is self-taught with on the job training in general building repair and maintenance and is EPA certified.
