FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends a lot on the type of job and the number of people needed to complete it, I work to supplement my income not to get wealthy so I try very hard to be fair. I also need to be paid for my time as you would expect and so I have a minimum charge of 3 hours. estimates are always free and the best processes is to contact me by phone first so we can discuss your needs and even better would be to come and look at the project first before starting or estimating the cost of completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typicaly I Like to talk with the client , discuss the work to be done what outcome do you expect and then the estimated cost, I will then write up a contractual agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More than 40 years in the industry, working as a carpenter, handy man and also as a contractor, I have built new homes and remodeled/repaired others, I now perfer to keep busy with small handyman projects that are affordable for the homeowner and profitable for me. I look forward to helping you with your projects.
