mike and jimmy were fantastic to work with from start to finish. they did a very efficient high quality job installing security cameras both exterior and interior. my handyman flaked out on me for another job and jimmy and mike offered to help out and surprisingly they performed well on that job too. thanks guys to the rescue!

WOW! Finding these guys was the best thing that could have happened to our family. We needed a good, basic camera setup for my mother's house that would be easy to use and maintain. I must have spoken to 5 different companies and I could not believe the sales pitches and pricing I was given by most of them. What a breath of fresh air when I got to speak with Mike who took alot of time and patience with me to help me understand cameras and setups. We were vulnerable as a family since we didn't really know what we needed and didn't know anything about cameras. Your A/V Guy did NOT take advantage of us like I felt some others were eager to do since they could tell we didn't have much knowledge in this area. Once guy wanted us to pay $1750 for 4 basic cameras + install (nothing super or special or fancy!) WHAT? Anyway, I got put in touch with Jimmy Le from this company and I have to RAVE about him! Total professional. Awesome young guy doing great, honest work and really providing stellar customer service. The whole process was the easiest thing we've done lately. We were all dreading the process. He came through with competitive pricing, proposed the right quality of camera and setup for us based on OUR needs and the install...well....it was FANSTASTIC! He explained everything, came out to look one day to plan and then he came out to install and it was done to our specifications exactly and he left the home in perfect condition. He stayed over an hour with me to teach me how to use the system and that included him teaching me how to do what I needed in the system specifically. It was so easy. Very people-oriented. We are up and running now for a few days and my family and I just can't believe what a great experience it was. I told Jimmy personally that I would be happy to be a reference for this company and their work ANYTIME because I believe that an honest company that treats their customers well and offers competitive pricing should get ahead in the rat race of unethical companies out there. They were the best price and a great investment. Our family now has peace that my mom will be safe. What a pleasure to work with! Love this crew!

Mike came and installed a surveillance camera system for us. He was punctual, professional , and very knowledgeable. He made very sensible recommendations regarding camera placement and coverage. He completed the set up and educated us in use and function of the system as well as set up our personal devices. He also made himself available for any questions in the future. I will use him again as necessary for other projects I may have of the A / V nature.

Mike Nguyen was punctual, pleasant and professional. More importantly, he knows his craft and completed our project flawlessly. He installed a 65” TV and sound system with concealed wires. It looks great! I recommend Mike to you without reservation.

My AV guy showed up on time and I didn’t have the necessary parts to install my TV on the wall. He patiently did other installation things while I ran to Home Depot. Believe it or not HD didn’t have the parts I needed. My AV guy had another appointment so he rescheduled for the following day. He spent lots of time making sure my tv was centered in the wall, level horizontally and Vertically. I actually purchased a new mount and am very happy with the new & improved version. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend them highly!!
