Introduction: Currently, I offer complete 12-week to 12-month programs in which we cover everything you need to know to get the best results possible from your fitness program.
This means I spend a lot of time working with our clients on both the nutrition and the exercise components that are required for achieving serious results.
I have clients that come for just program design and then follow through with programs on their own (either at home or in the gym) and I also have clients that meet anywhere from 3-4 times/week depending on their goals, motivation, and budget.
When I started my career as a personal trainer, I made a commitment to live and work by 5 core values that I hold true every day.

Love: We will choose to love what we do with people we spend time with and we will love ourselves with the same ferocity that we train with.
I guess with the simplest of words, I train other people to love themselves and be proud of their bodies again because I remember how it felt to be there, and how I felt when I found my change.
