- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will evaluate the product in need of repair while considering customers intentions and goals. After an evaluation we will discuss the options available, and price differences accordingly. If there is a past comparison we will explain the experience to help give the customer a more understanding of what's involved and the possible avenues of repair.

A+ hardware certification All Microsoft Windows versions including their embedded programs Various flavors of Linux and Unix, and their embedded programs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Suffering data loss ourselves. And have first hand experienced the setback, cost, and the lost memories in such a digital driven world, we decided to help those recover from such events, affordably.
