Outstanding work! The staff from Zero One Data Solutions LLC were very prompt and friendly. I called and left a voicemail, and I had a returned call within 1 hr. We discussed my situation, they then gave me the option of meeting me half way because of the distance. Within the next business day they had me on the phone and discussing my available choices. I had the option of using refurbished hardware, and this was able to keep me within my planned budget. Fast, friendly, constant updates of the repair, confirmation before making further decisions then what discussed prior working with my equipment, best of all honest and down to earth reasonable. My chrome book caught a virus using the free movie HD14 Potlucker website. I could not get out of the screen. I called the tech support number and they wanted to charge me. I said "No way". I was referred to this guy who could possibly fix my issue. He had my chrome book up and running in less then 10 minutes. He also showed me some helpful information for future reference. Thank you so much!!!! I know who to refer my friends to Zero One it is.

I had Zero One Data Solutions work on my Samsung tablet. They said it would be an easy quick fix. Which it was, once they got the part in. I can't hold them accountable for other suppliers shipping time. Regardless I plan on bringing future work to them. Good guys, honest service, and affordable!

The first factor that call my attention was the excellent price prior to look to my drive, and most important they kept the same one after some much trouble had happened. This guys endurance and perseverance are outstanding! It's been about two months and they didn't give up. But the most important, was their character. After a while fixing the drive I finally got it back, however driver format wasn't supported by my computer, so they went to my house, brought their computer and showed that all my files were really there, and then they took the driver again to change the system, all without any additional cost. This surprised me a lot to see all their hard work, patience and amazing support.
