- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once I know your budget, I can let you know what I can provide within that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we can make a quote together for your culinary needs over the phone or email, and then if you would like, I can provide a taste test at your home or I can drop a sample off. From there, you will have a printed quote, and I require half of the payment to book your event, and the other half the day of the event. If arranging an ongoing personal chef plan, you will pay in full at the time of delivery the specified amount agreed on beforehand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of Michigan. I have been in the industry for over 10 years, and have vast experience in both culinary and pastry. I enjoy working with organic and farm to table ingredients, and excel at working with the customer to provide their ideal experience.
