Chef Tikvah is very creative and innovative in her menus. We have enjoyed a variety of meals she has prepared, appetizers as well as salads, entrees and deserts. The spices in her food are memorable. We love it! She prepared food for several birthday parties and a couple of graduation parties. Everyone loved the food, and especially the way it was presented. Very pretty, appetizing and great tasting! We highly recommend her culinary skills. She comes highly recommended by friends and family. Pricing is reasonable and she works well with your budget. Chef Tikvah was very pleasant to work with. She takes the extra time to consider your diet /health plan and helps map out the right cuisine to fit your needs. She explains everything ahead of time and makes sure all of your questions and concerns are answered. As for the food, it is absolutely delicious. Very comparable to what you would order at a nice restaurant downtown. Everything is made fresh and she delivers it all straight to you. Perfect for a busy lifestyle such as mine. Highly recommended.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once I know your budget, I can let you know what I can provide within that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we can make a quote together for your culinary needs over the phone or email, and then if you would like, I can provide a taste test at your home or I can drop a sample off. From there, you will have a printed quote, and I require half of the payment to book your event, and the other half the day of the event. If arranging an ongoing personal chef plan, you will pay in full at the time of delivery the specified amount agreed on beforehand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of Michigan. I have been in the industry for over 10 years, and have vast experience in both culinary and pastry. I enjoy working with organic and farm to table ingredients, and excel at working with the customer to provide their ideal experience.
