- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary by type of service, number of people, and whether you want one of the pro's to travel to you. I also also discounts when a package of services is booked. We can discuss these options during the Bridal Consultation Call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send out a brochure with a list of my services for you to select from, then we'll schedule a Bridal Consultation Call. During this call, I'll answer any questions that you have, and give you more information about my services and team. I'll also put together a personalized package of services, and a bridal beauty timeline for these services. After this, you'll receive my client welcome packet with your personalized services, then we'll be ready to book!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Licensed Esthetician for 5 years. During this time I have offered multiple beauty services, including corrective facials, brow design, lash lifts, lash extensions, makeup, and waxing services. I have taken many classes and training on these services, and am constantly growing my skill set. I am also an educator in this field, and I teach new estheticians these services as well.
