- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally $50 per session - price may vary, depending on location and number of sessions per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client will review my quote and profile, and then contact me via phone, text, or email. We can schedule a free consultation to discuss goals and specific needs. We can discuss assessments and possible training schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
N.A.S.M. certified Personal Trainer. A.C.E. certified Group Fitness Instructor. Additional training and certifications include: TRX, YogaFit, HydroFit, Spinning, Senior Fitness Specialist, CPR/AED. I have trained a variety of people in their homes and other settings. I am capable of creating a workout using equipment and tools you may have, or bring some to you...I am resourceful, and creative. I also have worked as Program and Athletic Club Director of The Peninsular Club of Grand Rapids and The University Club of Grand Rapids. I have extensive knowledge in nutrition, and can advise on healthy eating.
