- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most projects are priced on a job to job basis. I like to take into consideration anything that saves time and pass on the savings to my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone or text conversation followed up with a visit to the project. Customers are quick to sense that I am able to fulfill their needs and respect their home as if it were my own. Most times i am able to offer suggestions to help them save money. From there I will provide a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in construction since the '90s. Attended a trade school thru out high school and gained much experience work full time in many fields from there forward.
