- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There will never be any hidden fees. All pricing will be discussed prior to any contracts, any changes will be first agreed-upon by both parties and an updated contract will be required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While looking at the project a new customer is interested in having done, I like to share a little about myself to build a relationship instead of just another customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 plus years of experience and an uncompromising will to learn all the new products that continuously are made available.
