- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I accept cash, checks and debit/credit cards. I am an American patriot and I have the utmost respect for the men and women who serve my country. I offer a discount for any active military personnel. It's a small way for me to show my appreciation for their service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a lot of questions! I want to know the big picture so that I am able to understand what type of return you need to have prepared. Even during the preparation process, I am in constant contact with you to make sure I have accurate and all information to prepare an accurate return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Registered Tax Return Preparer, registered with the IRS. I also have a Bachelor degree in Business Management, 25+ years of accounting experience in the private and local government sectors and 18 years of tax return preparation. I am also registered with the State of New York to prepare New York state tax returns. My experience includes preparing taxes for the states of Ohio, Florida, Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, Indiana, Illinois, Rhode Island and New York.
