- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are flat rates. This keeps the customer from being overcharged. The customer is our top priority! We are always willing to work with our customers if they need more time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing first we set up a time and place to meet and get acquaintance,we take this opportunity to gather as much information about the customer and the event that they are hosting. We then expected or DJ agreement and all that we have to offer we schedule a time to view the venue this gives us a general idea of where we should set equipment up. We contact the customer a week prior to the date of the even just to see if there is anything else we can do to help prepare for the Event.
