- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work as a team. I pay the costs on your case. I only win when you win then I usually get a 1/3 cut of the monies collected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the client in person and get to know them and how their life has been effected by the injury. I answer their questions and see if we can work together for the greatest success in the case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience matters. I am 51 and have seen all types of insurance tricks. Nothing surprises me.
