First of all they gave me estimate of $70 .The tech was supposed to come between 5 to 7 pm.They never called me and came at 8.30.Then the tech doubled the charge to $150.This is totally unprofessional.I will not recommend this company to anyone.Jul 15, 2018Verified
This was by far the best "tech support" experience I have ever had. I am by no means a novice when it comes to "techy" stuff, but these guys know their stuff. I strongly recommend this Veteran owned business! From beginning to end, their service is superb! The customer service was excellent and the technician was extremely knowledgeable. Not only did they help me with my surround sound system repair (which is why I hired them), but while the technician was here, he was able to fix my laptop! Their prices are beyond fair!
