- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary because each project is very unique in its own way. Some projects are lightly soiled and have very little spots and stains, some projects have high soil levels and a lot of spots and stains.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our new customers in person, visit potential job site with them, go over with them on what services they are seeking, then we explain each service in great detail, supply a bid for their particular request, if our bid is appropriate for our potential customer we then schedule the project, price never changes unless additional work is added(price is approved before doing any additional work).
