- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard pricing per job and per hour. With any IT work or work in general I will quote the price correctly. If there are any labor overages it would not be the customers responsibility.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first want to listen to them. I understand how frustrating these problems can be. I want to get it fixed right the first time and I understand that sometimes it is not always smooth but we will work together and come to the final resolution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master degree in computer science with 25 years of real world experience. I also have various Microsoft certifications along with A+, Server+ and Security+.
