My husband and I TRIED to have breakfast here on a trip to Green Bay. We arrived a little after 10:15, ordered drinks, and ordered our food at about 10:35. Multiple other tables were seated after us and received their food before us. A table behind us with 2 small children, received their food, ate it, and left, while we had still received no food. At 11:10, I went to the hostess and told her wed been there about an hour without getting any food and needed to leave. I asked her for the check for our drinks. She did not apologize for our wait. She simply said oh, ok and walked away. I waited another 10 minutes while my husband went to get the car. After waiting with NO ONE coming back to the front to speak to me, apologize or ask if there was anything they could help with, I also left. We tried to pay for our drinks and, literally couldnt even get a check for them. I plan to call the restaurant when we get home to try to pay them over the phone. When multiple tables are served their food and have eaten without us ever getting a scrap of food, thats beyond bad service!

I've been here twice. My latest visit was very weird. We were greeted warmly and sat down at a table that worked wonderfully for our family. Unfortunately, most of the pleasantries stopped there. First, our initial waitress switched on us without saying a word. She literally took our drink order, and asked us if we were ready to choose a meal, and someone else brought the drinks to our table. The new waitress asked if we knew about the switch and we had no idea. We assumed it was a shift turnover but the other waitress remained in the restaurant.The other bad part was the food. More specifically, the burger. I guess I should've stuck with the breakfast part of brunch. It was the worst burger I have ever eaten (includes fast food). The bread was completely soggy from all of the grease. I tried to eat the burger alone but it was poorly seasoned, if at all. Full disclaimer, I've had breakfast here before and it was great. The only redeeming factors were the latte (best I've ever had) and the service from the second waitress. I gave them a fair rating for those reasons.

First time here. I couldnt wait to try it!Arrived at 12:00. Was seated at 12:30. We were able to order right away but did not receive our food until 1:35. I had no idea who my server was. The server who took our order rushed us and was annoyed with any questions we had. My daughters burger was cold and hard. There were large chunks of fat in the ham - the ham was hard, and my eggs were not cooked all the way. When placing our order, the server questioned if I wanted potatoes with my meal , making it seem that this was included. Nope. An extra $4 for a small bowl of potatoes. A different waitress was kind enough to take the extra charge off and said that it was weird it was on there. Im just disappointed in my first experience as Im sure it will be my last.
