FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price for the service would be based on the needs, distance to the location, hours needed and number of participants. Since there are a verity of services I offer I would need to know more specifics to give details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The goal is to keep all aspects of the service clear, easy and as enjoyable as possible. First step is to speak with the new customer either through phone conversation or email. If through email, then the phone conversation would be needed as well. The more details, concerns and expectations should be covered as soon as possible. When everything is decided it is best to have a final email with the contract detailed sent and returned before the event.
