What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The goal is to keep all aspects of the service clear, easy and as enjoyable as possible. First step is to speak with the new customer either through phone conversation or email. If through email, then the phone conversation would be needed as well. The more details, concerns and expectations should be covered as soon as possible. When everything is decided it is best to have a final email with the contract detailed sent and returned before the event.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking for an emcee, host, announcer, presenter, speaker or officiate the most important quality to make sure he or she is making the event and the participants the most important. If he or she makes it about him or herself or abilities then the event will not be a success.
