- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing and will bet any written quote presented to us. Our pricing is fair and our workmanship is excellent. We provide discounts for bundling projects together. We also provide various discounts and promotions on our website. *We also offer great financing options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we come out and provide an estimate based on what you would like and what we see. We will guide our new customers through the whole process from the very beginning until the day we are completely finished. We will be available throughout the whole process for any questions and concerns. We also provide a "What to Expect When You Are Remodeling" which describes all the steps and processes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pete has been in the business of tile since he was 14 years old. His dad was a master in tile. When Pete graduated high school, he decided to master the trade of tile and stone. Pete has been in the business of remodeling and new construction from a young age. In 2013, he made the decision to open up his own business and strive to provide excellent workmanship to his clients.
