I had a water leak between my 1st and 2nd floors that impacted the laundry room, the downstairs hallway, the upstairs hallway, and the master bathroom. I hired Apex to handle all the repairs and finally get me from living in a DMZ to an actual home again. Their estimate was very reasonable, the work was excellent and they got it done quickly. They replaced the flooring in the laundry room and the master bath, dealt with the carpet and padding issues, reinstalled the washer/dryer, installed a new toilet and valve, and so on.It took 2 months for the restoration company to do their thing but it took Apex only 1 1/2 weeks to get my home back to me. While I would never recommend the restoration company I used, (they were crappy and the project manager was rude, evasive and seemed shady), I wholeheartedly recommend Apex for the repairs. Excellent work, excellent staff, and very reasonably priced."See more

He jumped right into the job without complaint, diagnosed the situation and did a great job. He did a couple of things that saved me a bunch of money. He also recommend a few things that would help in the future. He knew what needed to be done and made it happen. I plan on using Steve for some future project in and around my home.
