I am an ACE certified personal trainer, ACE certified group fitness instructor and RYT-200 certified yoga instructor. I'm a no-nonsense trainer. I don't sell or push supplements because I believe all that you need can be achieved through a healthy diet. The B Squad consists of women that I work with who are tired of never seeing results and being intimidated by uber-ripped girls who sling weights at the gym. Part of being a member of the squad is having a support system of empowerment, encouragement and accountability. I work to help women achieve their goals as their facilitator and coach, not as a dictator. There's no excuses when it comes to your health! You can change your world and live your fullest life! I work with individuals looking to lose weight safely and effectively, with proven methods and long lasting results. I specialize in high intensity training, tabata, power yoga, consultation in food choices, lifestyle coaching, and more. Most of my clients are women who want to lose weight, tone up and live a healthier lifestyle without fighting over the weight machines at the gym.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I cater pricing to my clients depending on frequency, location and type of training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?There is an initial investigation stage, where I get to know the client and their goals. We make a plan and talk about changing behaviors to achieve goals that perhaps that haven't been able to meet in the past. Once we begin training, we do periodic weigh ins and measurements, and readjust our plan based on setbacks or progression in training! It's a no-nonsense approach.
