- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices except the hourly rate are negotiable based on the actual conditions of the home we are cleaning. We are also offering 5-10% discounts for repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact we are willing to commit to a date for actual service or come for a quote if requested. We can be reached by phone or email with a 12-24hr response expectation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience working with other cleaning services providing the services that we currently offer.
