My love has always been the world of fashion; however, I know most people are not the sizes and shapes of the runway models or print models. That is where I come in - I can be your guide to what works for you and is stylish and fits into your age and lifestyle. I think identifying the most beautiful part of a person is where you start. Listening to people tell me about themselves is what I like to do.
I will always work within your budget, lifestyle and needs. There is nothing more frustrating than finding something that fits and is perfect but is outside your clothing budget! I believe in one quality piece to work your wardrobe around (casual as well as dressy). Shoes and handbags are my weakness so I have found ways to find discounts for these items. My go to accessory is a scarf - they add color (if you like monochromatic style) or can be a dramatic touch.
I have also worked for a bridal consultant who is also a master seamstress. I have seen her remake dresses or add to dresses that make the clients ecstatic. She made a wedding dress for one of my daughters from a picture - she went to three markets (New York City, Chicago, Atlanta) until she found the perfect fabric and lace. I have seen her add sleeves to wedding dresses and formal gowns and match the fabric. She will not stop until SHE is satisfied it is perfect. She can find a solution to most problems!

I was an account manager for a large health insurance company for years and called on different industries - I dressed according to the employers and employees I was meeting with. The workplace has gone to more of a casual atmosphere and casual means something different to everyone. I can help women and men put their best foot forward and make an expression of success in their position.
One of my first loves has always been helping people find clothing for important occasions. I have three daughters and I am working on my third wedding - I think looking for THE DRESS has been as much fun for me as it is for them! The men have to be decked out too - I really like all the different looks men are doing now with a sports coat or suit jacket; however, you cannot beat a man in a tuxedo or dark suit with the perfect tie!
Now that I am retired, yes, I am sixty-one years young, I have found casual dressing to be fun. I still feel you need to look put together even while running errands or having coffee with a friend.
My friends have been after me for years to be a stylist or personal shopper. I love to help someone with a makeover for themselves (I have a great hair stylist and makeup artist that I call on). There is nothing better than seeing the look on someone's face after they see themselves for the first time! One other important aspect of putting an outfit together is having the right undergarments - women, you know exactly what I am talking about!!!
