- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard package rates but, prefer to do a walk thru with my customers to understand their needs and wants for their home. Each customer and their home is unique and I base my pricing on the work and space to be cleaned. I do however offer standard discount rates to Seniors (65+), Veterans, and I am willing to work with those on a fixed income. I firmly believe there is a wonderful sense of well being when you have a clean home and I love helping give that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer doing a walk thru with the customer to make sure I can accomplish their goals. a number of factors go into a quote. I want to be fair, honest and make sure both parties will be satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 years experience in management positions, I have the drive and passion needed to meet customers needs. I continue to learn through on the job training and experiences but have also started taking courses to further my education in specific areas.
