- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices can vary depending on the services needed or required. Quality should never be sacrificed for the cheaper contractor which will always cost more in the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will evaluate the situation and make sure the customer is 100% updated. I feel this relieves questions and not only fixes the customers issue but also educates the customer which gives a sense of feeling they are being treated fairly and with honesty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken personal education in the hvac and plumbing areas and then pursued the trade through journeyman/apprentice union training in Indianapolis. I take great pride in my work as it is a reflection of myself.
