- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the work requested, charges range from $12-$15 per hour. I am offering discounted rates to establish myself in this business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. General description of work emailed to me by customer. 2. After review of the request, I email the customer with an estimate of time required and the charge per hour. 3. Conversation regarding the project via phone or email are equally acceptable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience over 25 years of working for corporations, along with college courses and self study, have enabled me to gain necessary skills. I can offer my resume and letters of recommendation.
