FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For one-time cleans I charge $50.00 an hour. Accruing cleans I charge by number of rooms, bath rooms, and square footage. Extra requests such as laundry, or inside of ovens, etc. I quote depending on request and the amount of time I expect it to take.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I arrive on time and greet the homeowner with a smiling face. If the homeowners have pets, I let them get used to me and offer a short petting session. I ask for a tour of their home and go over everything the homeowner expects. After getting familiar with the home and the homeowners expectations, I am ready to begin!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually have an associates degree in business administration in the medical field. I know this does not really relate to house cleaning, but I do understand the importance of a clean environment to help control germs. I was a certified professional cleaner and trainer for a previous employer for 3 years.
