Introduction: PHR sets ourselves apart from the other handyman service providers with the ability of having the knowledgeable skills to cover any home improvements or repairs needed by the customer(s). This is a "small business" but our work ethic is based on the same concepts as the bigger companies. We offer contracts on each project. We also offer warranties on all of our craftsmanship, handy work, and installation procedures of new materials or reused materials. We cover everything from roof repairs to foundation reconstruction and anything in between. This includes, but is not limited to: Trim carpentry, cabinet installs, painting, siding, various flooring installs, drywall, demolition, framing, window and door repair and installations, punch-out services, electrical, troubleshooting, water damage and fire restoration, decks, stone work, plumbing, tile, single room to full home renovations, etc. Everything we do is done right and to the standard code requirements per city, county or state. We will not "cut corners" to ensure a project is completed by the agreed deadlines set for each customer/project. Sometimes, issues arise that are unseen at the time of the initial evaluation of the task(s) accepted. Example: water leaks behind walls or beneath flooring, problems with wiring (other electrical issues),damaged studs, rafters, sub floor etc. Problems like these can prolong a project by a few hours extending to an extra day or two. No matter the complication, we'll make sure everything is repaired properly and in a professional manor. Our prices are much less than the competition. This is, in part, due to the fact that we stand behind our work and want you to give us the opportunity to handle the projects you need done and to help us increase clients and work load. We're looking to expand but we need you more than you may need our services. This sets the customer(s) as first priority. Give us a chance, you won't be disappointed. We like to provide our customers with the craftsmanship they deserve and leave them with the relief and comfort they're looking for. We're not here to rip anybody off,we want success and an expanding client base. 90% of our work comes by "word of mouth". This means our current clients are always impressed with the finished product and affordable pricing. We show up on time and work constantly. We don't take breaks every 30 minutes. We show up, go to work and get you taken care of in a professional and timely manor. In some cases, it can seem endless and frustrating due to unseen complications. However, we stay diligent and steady until the complications are resolved and the project Can be completed above normal standards. Leaving the customer happy. That's our main goal and that's what keeps us moving forward. We can provide references of our customers from previous projects upon request.
