- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our basic carpet cleaning price of wall to wall carpeting is .30 a square foot, anything over 1000 sq feet is discounted to .25 a sq foot. Upholstery cleaning is 11.00 a linear foot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking with them and explaining step by step how my process works, the end result that I can achieve for there project, letting them know costs prior to doing job, and answering any questions they may have, and giving them references upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of experience in flood restoration, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and carpet stretching. Passed tests in certification when I worked at a chem dry.
