$159 for one coaching session with a 7-day time frame of supportive (but non-invasive) follow ups.
Or, $129 with a 6-session commitment (must be completed within 12 weeks). Follow ups, support, helpful tools and free gifts are all included in this package to help you achieve your health goals.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised on organic whole foods but never realized how incredibly beneficial (and necessary) they are for maintaining good health. Sure enough I figured it out the hard way (headache, fatigue, weight gain, etc), and I've been spreading the message of whole foods and a nourishing lifestyle ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Females 16-36, who have gained greater health in the areas of weight loss, daily energy, clear skin, mental clarity, self confidence, hormone balance, balancing blood sugar (diabetes), managing health problems, relieving inflammation and so much more.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Currently working on it! It's called the Kitchen Detox, and is made to help you smoothly transition healthy foods into your kitchen and know how to use them to better your health. It should be complete and ready for review next month!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get to know them. If they say they can help you achieve your (realistic) goals, and you like them, hire them!
Gaining the greatest health is all about taking the first step toward action! Do it.
