FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer many services, so prices vary between services. ALL estimates and inspections are FREE.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically it all starts with the first contact. Then we set up an appointment for measurements. I always like to walk around the house and get the customers suggestions and offer my professional advise on the matter. I try to get a good idea of what the customer wants and visualize it with my own eyes, That way we can see eye to eye and make adjustments. The ultimate goal here is to gain trust and respect for one another to allow a easy open opinionated discussion on whatever the project may be. Some things may not work the way the homeowner would like do to structural flaws or defects that may occur later on due to installation process. We build relationships therefore we can trust one another and respect each other's ideas. I ultimately want everyone to be on the same page when the project is started so there are no hidden surprises.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am the owner and I have been around construction my whole life. From welding to framing to gutters and roofing. I've learned over the years what true workmanship should look like and what crappy labor can look like. Any job can look good but were they done correctly is the question. My goal is to bring respect for budgets and honesty back into construction.
