Premier swedish massage for relaxation with aspects of trigger point, myo-facial and deep tissue included. Cranial, face and hand massage done upon request. Other requested therapies may be extra. They say it's not a job if you love what you do! I've been providing my talents since I was a child and have only recently started doing it professionally. Helping people sleep better and relax are fundamental reasons why I chose to turn professional. With continued education I hope to expand my scope of practice into many modalities with an emphasis on myo-facial release techniques and with interests in pet massage and fibromyalgia relief.
