- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible based upon the needs of my clients. With my monthly bookkeeping and payroll service I can do as much or as little as my client needs and I adjust my prices accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with them to get a full understanding of their needs in order to provide them a service that it catered to their specific situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue each year to take continuing education credits that are recognized by the IRS and I am listed on their tax preparer website!!
