What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the design and the customer's budget. We work closely with the client to give more life and color for the right price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we ask our client's to view our website and fill out our online contact form. We set a date to meet and workout the finer details of their vision. After the design work is complet, and has received the Clint's approval, we scedule the instulation. We return once a month for the first three months following completion of the instulation to check on the plant material and to follow up with the Client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a course in landscape architecture and design at William and Mary collage and I'm also a certified greenhouse operator, through Virginia Tech and the Virginia Flower Growers Association.
